The hub of the festival will be up on Wenlock Edge at Stokes’s barn, the home of Edge Adventure. Here is where you will need to come to book in, pick up your wristband and festival programme and begin your weekend.
Your wristband will allow entry to all entertainment events.
Entry to an event is on a first come, first served basis. Each festival venue has an audience capacity which is noted on this website and in the festival programme. You will notice that some are the venues are quite small so please plan for this and arrive early to ensure that you are not disappointed.
The main festival site is located at Edge Adventure TF13 6BD. This is located on the A458 Shrewsbury/Bridgnorth road just West of Much Wenlock. The entrance is clearly signposted.
The nearest train stations are at Telford Central and Shrewsbury. Both are about a 20 minute taxi ride away.
There is plenty of car-parking on site. Please follow instructions from festival staff when you arrive at the site. Access to the site is via a narrow lane and a traffic light system is necessary to ensure a safe and smooth flow of traffic. Please be patient and allow for waiting time when planning your days.
Most festival goers will spend the majority of their time at the main festival site at the Edge. But there will be times when you will want to travel down to the nearby town of Much Wenlock and we encourage you to do so. The town is a 10-15 minute walk away. There will be regular guided “walking buses” to show you the best way. Maps will be available if you prefer to make your own way. Some of the walking is on uneven country paths so we advise wearing decent walking shoes or boots.
There will be transport laid on for those that have difficulties walking. Expect to make a small payment for this service.
